You got it done, though! I think I'm going to do discs 3 & 4 for a third week, which will be week 5 for me since we do the discs for 2 weeks. I still suck at planks and regular push-ups. I need to get them down before I move on to Phase 2. Oh, and that freaking balancing on one foot while lifting the weights. Ugh...
