    Felt nice and cool back in the trees with a slight breeze blowing. Started out sore from legs the day before and struggled towards the end. Happy to get in some miles though.

    Got in some core work followed by 25 min of yoga/stretching. Dare I say that ab ripper is getting easier? I soooo need to stretch more often! Feeling pretty good right now!

      Any time. I really enjoyed it. Castlewood sounds like a plan. I may have to get trail shoes for that one. My feet are a bit sore in spots after this morning's run. Besides, I can't be cleaning the mud off my shoes every weekend so I can take them back out on the road. :)
