Felt nice and cool back in the trees with a slight breeze blowing. Started out sore from legs the day before and struggled towards the end. Happy to get in some miles though.

Not enough sleep last night after a long day of driving. Felt good to hit the weights again, but man was this tough! Feels great now that it's done though. :)

Nice cool 50 degrees, rainy for this run. Love the fresh air! Got in some weights in the fitness center afterwards. Ate a horse afterwards. :)

Got in some core work followed by 25 min of yoga/stretching. Dare I say that ab ripper is getting easier? I soooo need to stretch more often! Feeling pretty good right now!

Any time. I really enjoyed it. Castlewood sounds like a plan. I may have to get trail shoes for that one. My feet are a bit sore in spots after this morning's run. Besides, I can't be cleaning the mud off my shoes every weekend so I can take them back out on the road. :)
