      My wife and I lived in Germany from 1983 to 1987 and went to regensburg a bunch of times. It really is a cool place in one of tHe most beautiful areas we have ever been. Great effort on #11!

      You're doing so many Ironmans you can't keep up with the race reports! lol. I can't believe you could possibly have FIVE flats on one Ironman course! Amazing...and more amazing that you were able to keep it together and finish in second place. Way to go! Looking forward to the IM CdA report. Im registered for that one in 2013.

      hi James, I live 15 minutes outside Zurich by train, I'll be doing Ironman Switzerland for the second time this year, I'm not sure how good a hosting service I would be, I don't drive our have a car, so it would be slumming it for sure, if you get desperate and no better offers keep me in mind, I'd love to help, cheers, matt

      Just read your write up. Sounded like a crazy race. A friend of mine had to stop after the swim due to sickness from the swells. I hear even some of the official lifeguards had been pulled from the water because they couldn't stay on their paddle boards.

    Tough tough tough. 13:22:33 total IM time. 2nd overall podium finish. Toughest all round IM I've ever seen. 4 of 30 in the books. IM South Africa next weekend....
