First day of training for Sugarloaf... technically it was yesterday but it was a 'rest' day on the schedule.... the sidewalks were absolutely unrunnable with clumped ice / freezing rain covering the bricks so I just did loops around the west end running in the middle of the road and turned down a different side road anytime a car was coming... stoked to be running with Nathan F. on Saturday!
