Ran all around West Seattle while visiting Sean B! It is beautiful out there and I am really jealous of the weather and outdoor lifestyle there.

  4. RUN
    alright 'mill 4 mi 00:35 08:45 pace

Slugged along on the treadmill for some mid afternoon miles. No idea how to wrap up my training for hyannis in like 11 days.

  5. RUN
    Canco 4.05 mi 00:35 08:38 pace

First run since Thursday. With Hyannis less than two weeks out, I don't know whether to keep my miles light or try to get more training in, as I put in seriously low miles last week.

I would keep it low and endure. These are the times that try men's souls.

you know the drill, I would tend to agree with Alow. If you decide to turn on some mileage 6 mile runs can do wonders but dont do long endurance runs they'll wear you out

Thanks folks! @william, A race is the Maine Coast Marathon, B is hyannis... @Anthony, I did race in the new shoes.. had a hot spot on my right foot, debating on whether to use those or regular trainers in hyannis.

That's a solid effort right there. If you're tough enough for this run, Hyannis will be a walk in the park.
