      you know the drill, I would tend to agree with Alow. If you decide to turn on some mileage 6 mile runs can do wonders but dont do long endurance runs they'll wear you out

      Thanks folks! @william, A race is the Maine Coast Marathon, B is hyannis... @Anthony, I did race in the new shoes.. had a hot spot on my right foot, debating on whether to use those or regular trainers in hyannis.
