great Starbucks Run with the Zombies Run! App 2.61 mi 01:03 23:59 pace

Ventured out for a brisk walk with the Zombies Run! app to loosen up my legs. The foam rolling I've been doing on my IT band have brought my legs/knee back to normal but I still want to take a day or two to rest up before my next serious run. I managed to walk 2.61 miles (tho the GPS on the Zombies Run! app says I walked 2.70 miles), burned 215 calories and took 5,204 steps!
