      I grew up next door to a Olympic swimming pool so I'm no stranger to swimming. I'm giving it ago again to see if I can improve my lung capacity. I'm having trouble with my training hiking up hills lungs are working way too hard. I'm sucking in air like I'm going to pass out. I'm thinking swimming may help.

    Tue 7th May 2013 2xhill runs. Beach run/walk/jog. 2xhill walks then found another hill to climb hard workout this morning. Might do a gym session in the morning.
