      Ahhh yeah you can't pause the suunto without affecting split time can you?? Ah well. Its actually been a benefit for me. Very solid lunch run sir!! :o)

    woooo!!! this was a hot one. On 2 hours of sleep after the 20 mile night run, we rolled our butts out of bed to hit the trail again. Was tired but body felt as strong as I imagine it could in 100+ temps

    HOT ONE! A big group of SLUGs including Howard S and Jason met up over in my neck of the woods for a night run on the trail. It was super humid. We were all soaked within minutes of starting. Was a good character builder.
