    except for a complaining right quad this was a good run. positive is that even with a held back effort, this was still a very solid time out here

    think I PR'd 20 out here. Negative split the 10 mile loops. 1:29 for the first one and 1:25 for the 2nd. Last 3 miles in just under 23 minutes. Felt super solid today.
