Was hurting at the beginning, really hurting, unsure i was going to make 15 mins, let alone 30... caught my 2nd wind after 10 mins, pulled through strong. some weird twinges in my left front upper hip, and seemed that i was using unusually large amount of calves at the beginning... as usual, all tweaks/twinges go away after 10-15 mins
