      Ok jeez,I was getting nervous! I looked at my race which is 129 days away and had a panic attack. Especially since I haven't run more than 3.5 miles at a time in 2013!

      I don't know... I'm way behind in my training and 20 pounds heavier than I was last year. I'm worried about Ironman CdA...

      Unfortunately, life happens & things don't always go as planned. Are you worried about finishing or the overall time? I too have an extra 20 lbs to shed & some motivation to find, ugh!

    Was supposed to be 112 miles today but the intense heat made me go through over 200 ounces of fluid and I still felt like I needed more. Cut it short today because of the heat.

    A little sluggish, but still a good pace for me. Dropped some more weight and am within 10 to 15 pounds of where I need to be for Ironman CdA.
