2/18 Week of Space Coast Marathon & Half Marathon training
    Miles: 67 | Time: 9 hrs 38 min | Workouts: 7
This week felt much better at the end than it did in the beginning. Thursday was a two-a-... read more

  7. RUN
    great LR: 17 mi w/ 8 @ MP 17 mi 02:07 07:28 pace

Finally a run with a decent pace! Proud of this one to end out the week strong :) helps that it cooled down

  8. RUN
    good Recovery: 6 mi 6 mi 00:48 08:01 pace

Late night recovery run after work to beat the heat :) (just entering now)

  9. RUN
    great MLR: 11 mi 11 mi 01:34 08:32 pace

run started out with a heat index of 100 degrees but thankfully some cloud coverage came in and lowered it to 88!  Thankfully yesterday's runs were just a fluke, because today's felt great!

  10. RUN
    tired 5.99 mi 01:03 10:32 pace

Absolutely terrible run once again, although the head index was still above 90.... I'll attribute today's crappy day to not so good sleep.

  11. RUN
    tired 7.74 mi 01:17 09:58 pace

Worst run I've had in quite awhile, but it is definitely due to a bad nights sleep and minimal nutrition O.O oh well, lesson learned!

  14. RUN

  15. RUN
    good 5 mi 00:45 08:56 pace

5 miler to the uplifting beats of Chicane from Club Space Ibiza
Heat Index of 95 degrees on this one, so I'll take a sub 9 minute mile for staying at a recovery pace. Actually just happy that... read more
