Getting back into my routine after a week of relaxation after the half. I can tell that it was a week off just by the way my muscles protested. It was decent though. Glad to be back! See you tomorrow.

great Rails to Trails Bike Ride 16 mi
Great leisurely bike ride on a rails-to-trails, really enjoyed it. Beautiful day.

Where is this trail? Don't worry I'm not stalking you just looking for a good bike trail that is flat and rails to trails are flat :)

Suuuure... *cough*stalker*cough*. ;)
Actually, it's the Panhandle trail. It's easiest to get on in Collier Township on Walker's Mill Road. It goes West all the way into Ohio if you want to go that far. Very flat. Mostly flat but with a little bit of hill along the way is the Montour Trail which goes all the way to DC. You can get on that easily in Robinson on Montour Run Road.

Really good upper body workout today. Woke up with plenty of time, didn't feel rushed. Put out a good effort. I should make that a habit, lol.

great Panhandle Trail 7.03 mi 01:10 09:57 pace
Nice run in the cool evening mist. Felt very strong. Not as far as I had planned, but I left too close to sundown. Better some than none. I'll just have to make up some miles this week.

Great run!
