All my upper body weights plus some 800 sit-ups. It's strange but I can belt out a great song whilst doing those sit-ups. It's time to make them harder.

Thanks Jon. I had a week off and today I tried a different training plan that ended a little sooner than I expected. So I stopped and switched it which is why my time is a little off.

Thanks Steve. I've been goofing around with sit-ups with weights but I eventually switched to sit-ups for time. I can do about 180 sit ups in 3 minutes and then I break and do a set of weights and then back to sit ups. It adds up fast.

That's funny, I pulled a muscle in my thigh from sprinting about a week or so ago. Tonight I did a short sprint and pulled it again. Hope yours heals faster than mine.

Oh, that's good to know. I was going to make this a weekly thing so now I wonder how I incorporate sprinting in with everything else I'm doing because apparently there are muscles I'm not currently working lol.

My son is great company. He's really funny and cracks jokes as we run. Today he hurt his leg at the beginning (not too bad) and walked home to let me finish my run. Although my dog is the most faithful co-runner my son is better company.
