      Thanks Matt! I'll get an MRI after the first of the year. Am almost positive I tore my meniscus (and maybe the MCL, but that's not a big deal) and am hoping I don't need surgery, but feel that I will.

      Thanks Matt! I added 1 more minute today, but it was actually more riding time because I didn't get off once. But my butt was sore! Now I just have to get the speedometer working so I know how far I went. :)

      Knee is sore and I can bend only about 90 degrees. It's getting better, but totally frustrating! I think I'm on at least a week of resting it cuz I can't bend much. Putting socks on and off really sucks. ugh. thanks for checking Matt!
