    Tried out my new race shoes to see how they felt. Need to make some adjustments, but I think it'll be good. Same run as tuesday, the 3 milers are getting easier! :)

    3 mile easy run before breakfast. Missed my run over the weekend and sore from body pump, but glad I got it done. Tired now.

    2nd go at Body Pump. Great workout, some parts were really tough, others not that bad. Still working on figuring out the correct amount of weight to have. Feeling strong!

      Thanks Matt! It was fun actually. I hung up my jersey to dry but it stunk on the way home...I took a baby wipe shower at work and of course changed every bit of clothing so it worked out well.

      Good for you! Nice way to get in some miles. Wish I worked closer to home. 72 miles round trip would be kind of nuts.

      Holy crap Kristin, 72 miles? Um yeah, scary. I'm lucky it's close. Very hilly (both ways, worse going TO work) and going thru downtown can be disconcerting, but it's less miles to ride than to drive. I hope to do it at least once a week.

    nice and easy treadmill run Saturday afternoon. It was a fun run actually, I laughed out loud at the tv and just had fun with it. Yes, I probably looked goofy too.

    Guessing at the miles, but low HR for me. Started out kind of easy and didn't kill myself on the ride at all. Sore from running last week, but felt great. I'm really liking group cycle.
