    What a great workout. I can see that I'm making progress and getting stronger and fitter and that's a great feeling! Today went really well and I worked hard.

    did Cardio sculpt butt hips and thighs today. It was a good workout and my challenge was a plank which I held for the full minute. :D I am seeing progress in these workouts and liking them.

    recovery, did 15 min core recovery or something on daily burn. It was a lot of swinging of body parts, but I think stretching would have been fine. I might have burned 15 calories.

      Surprisingly I feel pretty good. I had about the same effort according to my HR monitor on Sunday, so wasn't killing myself or anything, but it wasn't a recover ride either. I figure I should take the chance to ride when I can! I'll have to try to ride to work again too.

    Decided to do a gravel ride, it was beautiful!!! Thankfully Rita M. went with me and we had a great time. I'd love to go back and ride again.

    holy crap this was tough. 4 stations, go thru 7x, then 6x, on down, then another 4 stations, then another 4 stations. She kicked my arse and then some today! Wow.

    Forgot to start my watch right away, but for the 39 minutes that it did track, I was pleasantly surprised! This was a tougher workout than I anticipated. :D

    First time trying HIIT. Did quick 5 min warm up, then run 1 fast and walk 2 easy. Surprised at how fun it was! HR really got up there and burned a lot of calories. I could get used to this!

    Changed to run 1:45 walk 1 today since I had a headache until after lunch on Tuesday. So far so good, slight headache but likely due to me seeing how fast I can go at the end.
