    Class at the velodrome last night. All was well til I crashed. Road rash on arm and leg, broke my shoe, bruised my rear end. All in all could be worse, then got back on and rode some more.

      True. I rode like a scared little kid, but I stayed upright. Then at the end we did a "flying 200" where I gave it all I had and I was up much higher on the walls than before and of course faster is easier, just harder to maintain. The flying 200 was fun. I was by far the slowest, but it was still good fun.

    Little bear and I rode the Gateway trail and went into downtown Stillwater on Brown's Creek trail. Lots of fun!!!

      Nice! I have heard Browns Creek trail is beautiful. :) I pass under it on Manning Trail almost every day!

      It was great! The Gateway over there was all shaded and there is a place to eat and drink as well, then we went back and took Brown's creek which was gorgeous. It was all downhill to Stillwater, but honestly didn't really feel like we were climbing on the way up. GREAT ride.

    a friend was leaving work at the same time so I rode with her to downtown St. Paul. So much fun! Was a great ride and my fastest yet. moving time was only 40 minutes, she really pushed me!

      Thanks Matt. Turns out I had a sinus infection, got antibiotics and am feeling good again, just been busy and haven't had time to do much. Even update my fitbit posts!! thanks for checking in!
