    I overestimated and underestimated this run at the same time. I was able to get through the entire thing, but it wasn't as easy as running on the track. I'm so tired.

    Today wasn't a good one. I felt bloated and slow. I hated having other people on the track passing me and staring at me. It sucked.

      I agree with Pt Girl, I try to block other people out and focus on myself. Hang in there =)

    At first I was freaking out because it was my longest run to date, but it went pretty well. Once I got past the halfway mark, I was flying. It was awesome.
