felt surprisingly GREAT this morning! i worked out a few key knots/trigger points in my right leg last night and it made a big difference in recovery. i used the tennis ball to get in deep and it really loosened up some nagging spots! rest day today! happy wednesday, my dm faithfuls! ;)
