Got to the hotel and headed out on NW 23rd. Headed up Thurman to Lief Ericson Trail, and then back down on 21st Ave. All the old haunts. A bit colder then usual here in Portland.

Nice! I need to up my workouts by 5 minutes... lately I've been doing 5:30am workouts and have a half hour to get everything in. It's tough to get motivated in the pre-dawn sub-freezing darkness.
