Looks like my week break from running did the trick! My avg heart rate has dropped back down :) prob would've been lower if the ran wouldn't have cut my run short. It was drizzling for my whole run & my Garmin isn't waterproof, so once it started pouring, I had to cut the run short... hoping to finish off the other 2 miles tonight while Jaden's at play practice!
