  1. RUN
    good 2.93 mi

I would say it felt great, but I'm still feeling just a bit of tightness in my groin. I have been trying to take it easy to recover, but I'm still not 100%.

  2. RUN
    great Woodlands 2 3.57 mi

Beautiful day, looked like fall but felt like spring. Legs feel better than they have recently, which is a good sign.

  3. RUN
    good Woodlands 2 2.5 mi

I still can't shake the nagging issues I'm having with my thigh and groin area since the half marathon about 4 weeks ago. Just took it easy and by the end of the run, things had loosened... read more

  4. RUN
    alright 2 mi

It was super windy and very cold...plus the legs felt sluggish. Overally just one of those runs that are not very enjoyable. I am looking to get a longer, better run in this weekend.

  5. RUN
    great 2 mi

Quick run before work, legs felt a little sore but no major issues. I'm still waiting for the legs to feel 'great' after the half a few weeks ago. Hasn't happened yet

    great 3 mi

Another run without the watch and in near perfect running weather. This felt even better. Legs and mind are right, now looking forward to something a bit longer in the next week.

  10. RUN
    great 2 mi

Ran it quick, but not too quick. No watch, just enjoying getting out there in perfect weather. Really had to fit this into a tight schedule as well.

  11. RUN
    great 3 mi

After the half, my legs were very sore! No injuries, but the muscles in the legs had worked overtime and I definitely needed some rest. But they feel great now and so did this run. It felt very ... read more

good MO Cowbell - Half Marathon 13.1 mi 01:53 08:38 pace

I love the MO Cowbell event...alot of great things about the race, support, music, tents, etc. The weather started off very cool in the morning, but luckily with very little wind. Ultimately thou... read more

  13. RUN
    great 3 mi

Went out without the watch on my last tune up before the half on Sunday. With my adrenaline pumping as I get closer to the race, it's going to be hard not getting out there for any runs. But... read more

  15. RUN
    great Cottleville - 7 mile 7.5 mi 01:03 08:23 pace

I have been really dialing it back the last 3 weeks in terms of frequency with the race coming up this weekend, and feeling some soreness in the legs. So this was the last 'longish' tune... read more

  17. RUN
    good Woodlands 2 2.94 mi 00:23 07:42 pace

A quick run, felt some leg soreness lingering from the long run this past weekend, but nothing to worry about. Just trying to loosen the legs up before the race 2 weeks from now.

  18. RUN
    great Woodlands 2 3.57 mi

I did not clock this run...just went out and ran fast. It was good to loosen up the legs after the long run on Sunday. Weather was perfect for running, in the low 50's.

I'm impressed you can do that. I'm such a slave to the clock. Need to quit.
