      I'm still using an ipod Nano too! I've had it for like 5 years and still going strong. I probably have the same arm band you do. man that thing starts to stink too..I forget to wash it a lot. I didn't know there was a cord to skip songs, that's pretty cool

    This was my first run in awhile. It felt really good considering. When I go a bit without running, my only issue these days is with the lower abdominal muscles....they get a bit of a workout :)

      What a freaking awesome pace! I still have ab pain when I push runs or do a longer distance. It's crazy.

      I hope it reminds you of Ryan, that's how it's pronounced. Lol! We went with an alternate spelling, my husband selected that one, since she's a girl. We really liked Ryan for a girl, well, obviously. But we gave her a girly 1st middle name so if she decides she doesn't want a boys name we are ok using her first middle name (she has 2..the 2nd is my maiden name)

    Ran the park today while my daughter was practicing her soccer skills....the run felt good and I find myself really enjoying running on trails. This weather is awesome as well.
