    It was super windy and very the legs felt sluggish. Overally just one of those runs that are not very enjoyable. I am looking to get a longer, better run in this weekend.

    I did not clock this run...just went out and ran fast. It was good to loosen up the legs after the long run on Sunday. Weather was perfect for running, in the low 50's.

      I like to run without the clock every once in awhile.... It took me a long time to get to that point :)
