      I'm tired of being warm and muggy. Hopefully this weather will cool down a bit soon--but not too cool, I hope. Great job. I am just getting back to running after my foot injury. We'll see what my next injury will be...

    Overcast, occasional misting, 72 degrees with a nice breeze. It was fun dodging some puddles and observing the rising creeks....felt great at a strong pace.

    I still didn't have my Garmin with me, but new I ran quick. Went back and calculated the time based on the songs I listened to...and came in around a 7 3/4 minute pace. I'm happy with that

      Be careful with the heat! I have only been running very early in the morning or late in the evening.
