    So I thought I'd challenge myself with a lunch time run today, but the heat and humidity won this battle. Wow! My legs felt good I just had to stop and walk a bit

    I had jumped on the treadmill, but decided I needed to jump off to give my 7 year old some soccer training. Every mile counts I suppose
