    A quick run, felt some leg soreness lingering from the long run this past weekend, but nothing to worry about. Just trying to loosen the legs up before the race 2 weeks from now.

    I did not clock this run...just went out and ran fast. It was good to loosen up the legs after the long run on Sunday. Weather was perfect for running, in the low 50's.

      I like to run without the clock every once in awhile.... It took me a long time to get to that point :)

    I had jumped on the treadmill, but decided I needed to jump off to give my 7 year old some soccer training. Every mile counts I suppose
