    the last big run now 3 weeks out from V 50k..This one was hard because I started out tired and maybe a little burned out..Now a modest taper..

      taper is going to be key if you are feeling burned out. I felt burned out too by my ultra training. just really enjoy your down time. Maybe do some cross training to keep your endurance up but also staying off your feet.
