I am so out of shape! But I guess I've got to start somewhere, right? I ran about two blocks and was about to die, so walked the next two. Then ran, then walked about a 1/2 block, then I'm happy to say, ran the rest of the way until the final two blocks which I walked for a cool down. Highlight: finding a princess dress with a hoop skirt for my daughter at a garage sale along the way for $1! Hopefully my highlights will soon include stamina related events. I felt so tired during the run, but felt great afterward, and still feel good. Working out always makes my days go better. I'll also try to remember to time myself next time.
