First run with all three dogs in I don't know how long. All-purpose trail was surprisingly clear of ice. And with Sundae in heat, it gets tricky to keep Pete off her. Still, it was a good day. Didn't have to use my AK.

I love running when I travel too, especially if I'm in a city. Unfortunately, too many of my trips take me to the boring 'burbs (or worse). Nice distance.

If there is no path where you want to go, feel free to make one. This applies to running. This applies to life. Alas, this does not apply to the breakfast buffet line at the Marriott.

So happy to see the month of January ending. I don't hate the cold, I just want the gearing up to be easier.

Three dogs? Wow, I used to run with one and that was enough of a handful (plus, he was woefully out of shape initially, til I got done with him).
