    What the weather app said the temps were on my run.
    When the gusts kicked up off the lagoon and bay it was frigid.

    Incredibly cold, according to weather app it said it felt like 5 degrees and the gusty winds coming off the bay and lagoons didnt help with trying to stay on the road.

      that was a "numb nuts" run lol .... walking the pooch a mile and my face was frozen numb... i can't imagine anyone running in icy cold gusty winds...brrrr ....3m was great!

    Run, where I needed to run by feel instead of trying to push it. It felt good, but something didn't feel right and I suspect that I didnt eat right. It felt like I was bonking.
