      That's great! That's what I call hypoxic - getting body to work with less oxygen. Can you make it to 7 strokes? I really struggle with that many, usually just do 5 strokes.

      @Rob P. I'have not ever tried 7. Sometimes 6.
      Another combinations that I've made is, starting with 2 and add 1 more each time, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 in the same length.

      I need to do more of these. I can get to (and struggle) at 7, but I can probably only do it because I used to be a synchronized swimmer. Our hypoxics were one lap underwater no breath and then one lap sprint., rest, repeat.

    Yesterday was the perfect day.
    No traffic jams. Longer days mean more light. No crowded fit rooms and pool.

    At the moment just swimming, without any special previous plan.
