      Hieno harjoitus. Hyvin sait pidettyä vetojen vauhdit samassa haarukassa viimeistäkin myöten. Pitänee itsekin ryhtyä kokeilemaan tuota kilsavetosysteemiä.

      Vedot meni yllärihyvin, hitaat pätkät olisi voinut ottaa rauhallisemmin, viimeisessä pulssi laski todella hitaasti alle 140.

    Very slushy and slippery. The pulse rose too high, but it was al because of trying not to fall. Quite happy with the distance at this weather

    The slowest run ever for me. It was so slippery and slushy I was at times very afraid of falling. Pulse was decent and quite happy.

    Morning run and for the first time in two weeks the temperature was higher than -15 degrees celsius. Kept the heart rate low for the longest run this winter. Feeling awesome!
