Hieno harjoitus. Hyvin sait pidettyä vetojen vauhdit samassa haarukassa viimeistäkin myöten. Pitänee itsekin ryhtyä kokeilemaan tuota kilsavetosysteemiä.

Vedot meni yllärihyvin, hitaat pätkät olisi voinut ottaa rauhallisemmin, viimeisessä pulssi laski todella hitaasti alle 140.

Ja komeaa vauhtia. Itse vasta unelmoin, että olisin 10+ km alle 6 min/km vauhtia -kunnossa. Etenkin tämän pääsiäisen treenit pilaamaan tulleen vatsataudin myötä.
