    alright Sliding sidewalk 4.11 mi

    Called it off after a sharp pain went through my knee. About knocked me down. Probably nothing, but enough to scare me off the mill. Had a good run going too. Was shooting for 8.

      So far so good, no swelling, no pain...decided to let my shin rest too. I figured Thursday would be good, (the first). I promised myself, and wife, 5 days off. but man I am 2 miles from my goal for February...grr. Thank you for the support, and kind words, but man I miss it...I feel like a slob... :)

      Torn meniscus. Had it scoped yesterday. Off for 4-6 weeks :(

    6 minute warm up, 8 minute cool down...10K was 59:06. Not great, but I'll take it...still took 3.5 miles to get into the zone. Can't wait til I get back to the 1-1.5 miles to get into it.

    A 5 minute warm up. Then a 5 minute cool down. Just my best guess, but I'm thinking about a 26 minute 5K. I'm not Kenyan, so I'm pretty happy with that.

    Mile and a half @ 8:32/mile. Mile @ 9:31/mile. A mile @ 10:00/mile. Some warm up and cool down. Changed things up a bit. I loved it.
