So I can't wear my orthotics and my ankle brace at the same time- they don't both fit in my shoes. Today I decided to forgo the orthotics and wear the ankle brace- No Pain! Yay. Today's run was nice and my fast pace is probably because we got a few breaks at lights and at the Edger Allen Poe grave.
