My nose wouldn't stop running today. Took a hilly route. Started out doing 3 min walk 3 min run, but then I switched to doing a 1 song walk, 1 song run. Worked out pretty well, but I'm pretty sick of the 90s music Pandora station, you can only hear Matchbox 20 so many times. Time to find a new station.


Yep, runny nose season has started. Me too, as soon as it drops below 60.
But all is good as I am starting to wear long sleeves. O"o
