    Missed the BRR speedwork on Tues, so I ran it solo on thurs @DB 10x400 with 400 meter cool downs in between each.

    My kiddos (12, 9,and 6) asked me to take them to the track to go running today. Absolutely one of the best runs I have ever had. Distance and pace mean nothing on days like today.
