    Pretty sure I was stopped at that last light for 60-90 sec. Otherwise I felt good after that long flight.

    I forgot how much of a grind this 5km hill is. That took a lot out of me at 16km, but I wanted to run longer than 21km, so I got that before my long flight tomorrow. Really cold morning, too.
