      Thanks, Kimberly. I have to have a plan mapped out from start to finish. For some reason that puts a degree of formality on my approach to the marathon and gives me a clear path to follow. This plan follows Matt Fitzgerald's Brain Training for Runners over the first 8 weeks then shifts to the Brooks-Hansons plan for the remainder.
