Today's workout goal cardio building with no to low impact so back on the elliptical I went.

Pushed the cadence between 90 - 95 for as long as I could and for about half of the time I put some wrist weights on to add a little extra umph.

Kept heart rate in Zone 3 too.

    2 hours on the eliptical. You should get extra workout credit for staying on that thing so long.
