Nothing like fasted training! I am for it. Actually I do all my runs, even the longer ones (2-3 hours) fasted. Same for weight lifting. I try to keep my aerobic activities easy (low HR) and long, and my weight training very intense, with heavy weights, and short.

Thanx Kay(lol)! I gotta find some flat roads though. Seems like there is nothing but steady inclines in columbia. Oh well, we'll see how my legs feel after this leg workout tonight.
