      That used to be my backyard! There are some sweet trails in Caledonia state park/ Michaux state forest down the road. Worth the drive if you need a nice hike/ long run. Enjoy!

    same route as yesterday, only longer. Hotel, along the beach, up and over Diamondhead and back.

    From the hotel, along the beach, then a nice climb up along Diamondhead, then back. Saw hundreds of people out running, walking or biking, all out before 6 AM. Legs are feeling much better.
