good Kettlebell Workout 00:30

I woke up today and my 50 miler soreness is almost completely gone but I'm still not going to jump back into running just yet so I pulled out the 20 lb. kettlebell and dvd I bought last summer but never used. I love Bob Harper so I put in his dvd and let him teach me how to swing the kettlebell around. I think I did all right for never having done it before. It definitely got my heart rate up without any pounding on my joints and my upper body was working hard. There was only one exercise I really struggled with but the girl demonstrating on the dvd only had a 15 pound weight so I chalked it up to me being too ambitious buying the 20 pounder. I'll get there eventually!
