Wow, I feel fabulous! And I can't believe I kept that pace for a whole 15 miles! I only stopped to eat my gel at 8.5 miles and to refill my water bottle at a fountain at mile 14. Oh and by the way- Gatorade is gross! I figured I should carry that instead of water on such long runs but it tastes awful to me. It was so nice to refill with fresh cold water towards the end of the run. I'm also amazed at how much easier it was for me this week. The past few weeks I felt like I was at my absolute limit doing 13 and14 miles but today I actually still had enough breath to say good morning to other runners during mile 15 instead of just a nod and a gasp. 26.2 still seems far away but today maybe not quite as insane.


You are doing great Tracey. Wow. 93 days left. You are on pace to not only finish but to finish in a good time. Have you thought about a time?
