It rained on us for about 2 minutes and it was GLORIOUS!
I still look forward to this class each and every single time. The combination of short bursts of high intensity cardio mixed with strength and conditioning has made me stronger than I ever thought I would be. Next month I'll bump back up to 2X a week and I can't wait!
