alright Bikram Yoga 01:30

My Bikram class from yesterday morning. Oh wow, I meant to get on here last night but my husband decided I had been in sick denial long enough and told me to get some sleep at around 6:30pm. I had planned on taking a nap and getting up again to say goodnight to the kids but I woke up at 10:30pm instead, tried to get up for a bit but then decided against it and just slept until morning. Honestly? I could still be sleeping. I am completely and totally deactivated. I'm telling myself that this is what my body wants and I'm making it happy now. Hopefully by later today I'll be feeling back to normal. Please?
