Short run over to Steph's house to join her on her run/walk/C25K training. I was pretty sore this morning after yesterday's 16 miler but once I got my body moving I started to feel pretty great.

    I took a rest day on Friday and good lord did I need it. I was actually kind of sick this weekend but I think that 16 miler knocked it out of me for the most part! I do fancy a big run this Saturday. We talked about maybe 17? Inching our way up there....

    That's good! Those rest days are really important (maybe I believe so strongly in them because I'm inherently a lazy dude!).

    Any idea what time you'll go on Sat? I've been working @mcacu on Saturdays, so they aren't usually as conducive to long runs as Sundays. Let me know what you guys are thinking as you decide!
