Last group run before marathon

Nice & easy run with my charity group, the weather never got above 40° F today! We ran the northernmost 7 miles of the marathon course,basically mile 15-22. Just a few easy runs before next week's Austin Marathon! Cannot wait.

Thanks gents! Stephen, I'm totally ready for this one. I'm going to set out at an aggressive pace that I *think* I can maintain for 26.2. Gonna need my Man Suit, and some cooperation from the Weather Gods!

having just done this (going out at an unsustainable pace and trying to sustain it)... it ain't easy or pretty, but you'll be amazed at what your body can do. Personally- if it weren't for that BQ carrot hanging in front of me there would have been no way to hang on. Those last miles are a total mental game. Decide now how much pain you're willing to put yourself through. Can't wait to hear about your 'journey'.
