Felt great to get out and put some slow easy miles on the legs, ran with my charity group & chatted with some folks whose slow runs are about the same as mine. I'm very excited for them; they're all running their first marathon! I can't wait to see how they do.

Nice one this morning Tom! Great to run with those guys just a couple weeks before their first marathon - I'm sure they appreciated all the advice and having you calm their nerves a bit. So exciting for them!
