Four sets of 1200m @10K pace, 60-second recover, 400m @5k pace with 3:00 recover between each set. Not really sure what those paces are, so I decided to make them 7:45 and 7:30. Didn't kill myself, 3 1/2 weeks out from the goal marathon with a 20-miler scheduled in 2 days & a gimpy foot, but it felt worthwhile.

@Evey, I'm doing physio 2x per week until the marathon, and the foot felt pretty good. I still know it's there, but I can run confidently on it. Thanks!

Dang, that is a really tough workout! A 60 second recovery is so short - barely time for you to slow down. You are very ready for this next race!
