    Ran for one hour the long way out to Cheshire and turned around 1:00 out 56:30 coming in. Legs are really sore and tired.. 20 days til marathon..mildly concerned

      How is your diet? Are you getting enough protein? Maybe a switch from beer to milk as a recovery drink would help. I find it helps me a great deal with recovery to over do the protein soon after a hard race.

      Getting plenty of Protein...and carbs..fat..etc...think its the killing it in back to back to back halts (in Muddy sneaker) and a week of yard work..lots of lifting,pulling, crawling, pushing & pulling..sorta of like a cross fit class

      If you paid already you should at least come out and enjoy the day. You could always just run one or two loops. How could you pass up a Northface tech shirt and a chicken dinner?!?!

      Muddy Sneaker is a quad buster for sure. Maybe a flat Rochester Half will not bother you all that much.

      im more convened about knee & hip (same side) I just frigin fly down those hills at Hi Tor!!! one day something is gonna blow or im going to face plant and knock out all of my new teeth :( remind me next year of the 3 hour version
