    Maggie and lead our workout with 3 weight circuits 3 times each with minimal rest. Finished with abs and sweat in our ears.

      Hey Holly! The calorie count on any of those machines is inaccurate because it won't take your HR the entire workout and they all read HR higher than your true HR. I suggest that if you are wanting calorie burn info for every workout, get a good heart rate monitor. They are worth their weight in gold.
