      Nice job. That is a great race, but the hill is something else. The first year I did it the hills seemed to go on and on. The down hill after is nice though. You finished the toughest race. Next week will be fun. Good luck.

      sometimes when I went to the gym there was a deaf man who would walk/stomp on the treadmill on an incline. He probably had no idea how loud it was. Way to get it done!
