Cool to hear you're in on the IMAZ festival, TT! And St. George doesn't make anyone a pussy. Is Usain Bolt a pussy because he doesn't run marathons?! I'm pretty sure I hurt more at Calgary and maybe St. George, too, than I did in Arizona. Josie. Ha, I get it now!

We might have to start a Breakfast Club or something. Whoever does the most morning workouts from January through March (or whatever) gets treated to breakfast. Or the one who does the fewest has to buy for everyone. We should invite Sara because she says she's not a morning person.

Very nice. It was clear here today too but I don't think that warm. What do I know, though? I was inside.

Are you able to do the same things you did last year to get past this? Or did you ever fully recover?

That mobility stuff from Mr. Starrett makes lots of sense to me.

I agree, if you can stand his verbosity. I usually mute/or fast forward through his YouTube videos--even better is his book, Supple Leopard or Ready to Run because you can cut to the chase, but his stretches and philosophy is good stuff, I think. :)

Do a search on Kelly Starrett and shoulder mobilizations. I'm doing some stuff I saw from him on hips to try to get a tweaky thing behind me that is great.
