Not alcohol. Mayo too easy. I've never seen you eat a hot dog.

I'm okay with you being pro gluten. It's only the enemy for some of us, although it has been an easy way to give up a lot of empty calories. Still working on soda and alcohol gives me bad dreams lately. Not too worried about giving up either for good. I'm only a good Spartan when I can convince myself that it's what I would prefer anyway. Jamie's weekly lent sounds pretty cool.

The treadmill is your friend. So are the trails (not sure about the road when we have to share it with noisy, stinky, go-fasty cars). It's not a torture device, it's a toy!

I get dizzy if my glucose gets low (I think). But then if I slow down for a little while it goes away (because I start burning fat?). It seems like being low on sleep would make you more lethargic than dizzy.
