      The knee was great. Calves were tight. Just on way to Boston now so it's another rest day of sorts. Will run in Hanover tomorrow I hope.

  5. Acupuncture yesterday for left knee and shoulder and calves. Ya, pretty much my whole body was full of needles...even my ear.

      I loved acupuncture when I did it. It's weirdly relaxing, isn't it? I found it really helpful for my elbow tendon pain. It wasn't quite as effective for that stubborn piriformis syndrome, but I'd do it again in a heartbeat. I hope it helps!
