      Nice. I decided to try to do 1,000 pushups over the course of the day as I watched football and stuff. I'm at 920. I'm not sure what good pushups are, but I kind of like doing them.

      I remember a Sports Illustrated cover story on Herschel Walker when I was in high school. He said "my body's an army" and talked about all the pushups, sit ups, and uphill sprints he did. It showed him running with those superhero traps of his. Powerful stuff.

      I used to dislike the look of built up traps, but now that I understand what those muscles can do, I have completely changed my mind. Trap Power!! JG, I'm with you--I can get a set of twenty and then sets rapidly reduce from there.

      Are there strokes you can do where you feel it less? Probably a bunch of different strokes, done really easily for a few weeks might just do it? Gradually build strength back around that area.

    Hard rain and wind at 5 pm. Dark. Left hamstring tight as a fiddle. Worried. Body felt ok but can tell I lost a lot during those three sick weeks. Bad timing.
