    Sticky Melon Run. Walked a few brief stints, but got it done. Unofficial time - waiting for posted times.

  9. Been a while since I've run a 5K. Have Melon Run on Monday....guess it's not officially a 5K since it's only 3 miles. Taking a turn pushing Kaylee this time, so my pace should be a challenge.

    Part of my Crossfit WOD this morning. AMRAP in 20 minutes of 7 thrusters (65#) and 200 M run. Not sure of the pace, but I got 9 1/2 rounds done.
