      Thanks! I despise that hamster wheel so much, I'll go out as long as it's above 0 - and if it's sunny out & no wind I'll go below 0, but I don't get a chance to run during the days very much :(

    got new Nothface shoes for winter running. Took them out for a quick breaking run. So far so good.

      oh yeah - but saving up for those winter ones now :( Knee's feel great though & feet are conditioned for around 6-8 miles wearing the VFF's - I have my long run tonight, thinking 5-6 sounds good
