      I took tht class to see if there was anything in it I could use to help housebound obese people to kick tstart movement an strngth when in the cycle or nto being able to move cause of being so overweight and piling on more cause not moving... fitcamp is in nov every year and hel at ribby hall near blackpool its a fitness convention
